| Do you like war movies? I do, both modern Middle Eastern anti-terror, World War 2, World War 1, Vietnam, Roman, yeah mostly everything. If you know about any good ones, then why not just tell us?
I would recommend Full Metal Jacket. The movie is based on the Vietnam war in the 50's, 60's and 70's. It does a great job of telling the story of the transformation from normal people like you and me, into deadly marines. The is kinda split into two parts, the first is the recruit training, and the second is the war in the fields. I love this movie, it's one of my favorite movie of all time. Ronald Lee Ermey also does a great job as Gunnery Sergeant Hartman. One of the best war-movies of all time in my opinion. | |

| I like war films, and I should be in the army next year.
I think Saving Private Ryan is highly overrated, my favorite war film is probably Black Hawk Down followed by We Were Soldiers. | |

| The Band of Brothers series are also great, I have not seen The Pacific though (made by the same guys), but I will buy it when it comes out on DVD/Blu-Ray. | |

Fuck yes! Band Of Brothers is awesome. The Pacific is currently airing on TV over here now, episode two this week! | |
