| I saw this movie a while ago. I actually thought the movie was not so bad, but far too exaggerated. the film is about a woman, two children and 2 men who land all around with a plane to survive the disaster. what I think is most ridiculous in the movie that people are fleeing in huge U-boats, ships or whatever you call it .. but one thing should be said, 2012 has lots of great effects! from me: 5 / 10  | |

| I enjoyed it, overrated though, but a great use of special effects and stuff. I would give it a 7 out of 10. BTW, it was arks they used, not submarines/u-boats.  | |

| I haven't watched it thus far, a lot of the mainstream stuff these days is nothing special though. I haven't heard to many good things about it anyway. | |

I'm with Oxley, mainstream = bad Watch some other films if you love Apocalyptic-stories, like The Day After(NOT the day after tomorrow!), and zombie films. | |
